1. Production Timeline

  • All hoodies and apparel are made to order.

  • Standard production time is 3–6 weeks from the date of purchase.

  • Occasionally, orders may finish earlier depending on where they fall in the current production batch.

2. Fulfillment Process

  • Orders are produced in batches for efficiency and quality control.

  • All fulfillment in-house to improve speed and reliability.

  • During this transition period, some orders may experience temporary delays, we are actively working to catch up.

3. Shipping Times & Methods

  • Once your order is cut & sewn / completed and packaged, it will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

4. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • International delivery times vary by country and typically take 4-14 business days after dispatch.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by their country’s customs process.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive tracking information via email (and SMS if provided) once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

  • Please allow the carrier’s investigation to complete before we process a resolution.
