FAQs
1. When will my order ship?
Every hoodie is made to order. It usually takes about 3 to 6 weeks for production, then another 3 to 6 weeks for shipping depending where you're at. You'll get tracking once it's on the way.
2. How do sizes run?
They're slightly oversized and unisex. Highly suggest ordering your true to size.
Here’s what I recommend:
Small – 5'6 and under, or 100 to 135 lbs
Medium – 5'7 to 5'10, or 130 to 170 lbs
Large – 5'10 and up, or 165 to 190 lbs
XL – 185 to 215 lbs
XXL – 215 lbs and up
If you’re in between, size up for that roomy, cozy fit.
3. Can I change my size or design after ordering?
Yes, you’ve got 6 days from when you order to make any changes. After that, it’s already being made and locked in.
4. Do you accept refunds?
Since everything’s made to order, I don’t do refunds unless something goes wrong like ripped mail or a rare issue. Just reach out and I’ll help you out if that happens.
5. My tracking says delivered but I never got it
Check around your spot, sometimes neighbors or front desks have it. If it's actually missing, email me and I’ll take care of it.
6. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs depend on your country and local customs.
7. What makes your hoodies different?
These aren’t printed, they’re real woven art made from tapestry material and lined with satin silk inside. It’s like wearing a statement piece, not just a hoodie.
8. How should I wash it?
Cold wash, gentle cycle, hang dry only. These are art pieces, treat them like it.
9. Will you ever restock this design?
It depends on the design. Some are limited and won’t come back, others? you’ll know if they’re still on the site. If you really want one, don’t wait on it.
10. What goes into making one of these?
Each piece begins with a custom woven tapestry, from there - the actual hoodies are cut, sewn, and lined either in-house or through trusted partners depending on the volume. Every piece goes through a hands-on process to make sure it’s done right.

12. How do I stay updated on new drops?
Follow me on IG @bynickscacchetti and check my stories. I always post there first. Email signups help too.
13. Do you offer discounts or do collabs?
I run occasional exclusives and collabs. If you wanna work together or have an idea, shoot me a DM or email.
14. Why is my order taking longer than expected?
If there’s a delay, it’s usually on the production or shipping side, especially during peak times. But I promise it’s worth the wait. If the wait seems beyond the promised time, please contact me directly to look into this.

16. Do you take custom requests?
Not right now, but I’m always open to ideas. If you’ve got a concept or something you want to see on a hoodie, feel free to DM me.
17. Can I buy your stuff in stores?
Right now it’s online only, but I’m working on getting into select retail spots. I’ll post when that happens.
18. How do I know my order went through?
Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email right away. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, shoot me a quick message and I’ll resend it.
19. What if I ordered the wrong size by accident?
Just email me within 6 days of ordering and I can fix it. After that, it’s already being made and locked in.
20. Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, just message after placing the order and I’ll update it for you. Once it ships, I can’t make changes.
21. I ordered multiple hoodies, will they ship together?
If they’re from the same drop, they’ll ship together. If you ordered from two different drops, they may ship separately depending on production timing.
22. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 6 days of placing them. After that, they’re already in production and can’t be canceled or refunded.
23. Why does it take so long to ship?
These aren’t mass produced / fast fashion. Each hoodie is custom woven fabric, then cut and sewn just for you. It takes time, but it’s worth it.
24. I missed the drop, can I still get one?
Once the order window closes, production starts and I usually don’t take late orders. I suggest signing up for email or text updates so you don’t miss the next one.
25. What if my hoodie has an issue?
That’s super rare, but if something’s off when it arrives, send me pics and I’ll make it right.
